Kallista Community House was established in 1976 in the old Church of England Vicarage in Kallista. We continued and evolved always aiming to be a community focal point strengthening a sense of place in people's lives, encouraging participation and inspiring creativity and self worth.
We are a 'not for profit' organisation that provides lifelong learning and enrichment opportunities for the community in a welcoming supportive environment that caters for diversity in age, gender, culture and lifestyle. We offer quality Occasional Childcare and Facilitated Playgroups, a range of workshops and classes, and we are home to a number of local groups including a Book Club, the Healing Sounds group and the infamous Kalulu Ukulele group, all of which are always happy to welcome new members.
