About our Logo:   The large tree at the front of Kallista Community House was used as a community meeting place when the House was the old Church of England Vicarage in Kallista prior to 1975.  Kallista Community House was established in 1976 in the Old Vicarage. The tree is still there in all its glory and Kallista Community House is still a local meeting place where all are welcome.   Our logo , the 'Meeting Place Tree' is therefore significant,  reminding us of our communities history and our place within it.
What we do: We operate on a 'not for profit' basis providing learning and enrichment opportunities for all in a welcoming supportive environment.  We offer quality Occasional Childcare and Facilitated Playgroups, a range of workshops and classes, and we are home to a number of local groups including a new Cooking Club, the Healing Sounds group and the infamous Kalulu Ukulele group, all of whom are happy to welcome new members.   If you would like to find out more please download our current Term Program here   or drop in and pick up a copy....

If you would like to attend one of our classes/workshops please phone to book your place at least one week prior to the class
