COMPUTERS FOR THE REALLY TERRIFIED
(And slightly Perplexed)

This course is for those who have little or no computer experience, and begins with the
fundamental functions of turning on the computer and using a mouse.   The course will then
go on to cover MS Word, Internet and Excel using Windows XP and Office 2003.

 

Dates:      Thursdays 22nd July—12th of August

MS WORD & PUBLISHER FOR BEGINNERS

Beginning from scratch, learn how to create, save, format, design, print and publish everything from basic letters to professional looking brochures.

BUYING and SELLING ON eBay FOR BEGINNERS

This is a 3 hour course designed for those with little or no experience of eBay.   You will be shown how to set up an account, how to navigate theeBay website, how to buy and sell on eBay,
and how to avoid some of the traps.

DEVELOP AND RUN YOUR OWN

ONLINE STORE / E BUSINESS


This course takes you through developing, marketing and running your own online store
or E Business, with easy-to-use EASUS software.  

Topics covered include— site setup and maintenance, creating artwork for your site,
how to add products, online payment systems, shipping systems, reviewing orders, as well as advertising and marketing.  

Links you to the EASUS online Marketing Network, which introduces you to a large
community network of local and Australian businesses.

 

Dates:        April 22nd & 23rd                                   Time:     7pm—9.30pm
