HOME SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT—INFORMATION SESSION

future of your children?   Find out how to obtain a FREE Government-funded Home Sustainability Assessment at this informative session and learn how to achieve these goals.

CHEESE MAKING WORKSHOP

Cheeses to be made on this full day course are: Feta, Mascarpone and "Greek Style" yoghurt.  
You will take home your own three products and we will also make and eat fresh Ricotta on the day. Cheese can be made using cow, goat or sheep's milk.   Please bring lunch to share.

  SECRETS OF THE FOREST DISCOVERY
 
A 2 hour bushwalk starting at Kallista Community House. Explore some favourite natural and cultural history sites, learn about some special plants and the ecology of the Mountain Ash forest.   Note: Please wear sturdy walking shoes and bring water.
 New Walking route, if you have done this walk before join Gaye to explore a new walking trail in the area.

Bring your camera and capture some of the most scenic locations within the forest on this guided bushwalk near Kallista.  


Note: Bring sturdy walking shoes, drinking water and your camera.
