Learn the basic moves of this ancient art form and
connect with your body in a sensual form of dance.
Previous beginners have described a feeling of being proud of their body.
Be proud of your body, no matter what shape you are, and learn to move with grace and dignity.

Experience and practice tribal and cabaret-style Middle
Eastern dance, whilst dancing to both recorded Middle
Eastern music and live drumming.
Immerse yourself in the finger cymbal (Zils) technique.
Learn the historical
background as well as instruction on creating costume.
Experience required.
