We are a not- for- profit community organisation established in 1976, located in the Old Vicarage at 2 Church St Kallista.
Our goal is to provide a vibrant, welcoming community centre that offers all sorts of opportunities for people to meet, connect, learn and share.
We offer a range of classes and workshops, and are home to local social groups including the Kalulu Ukulele Group, Kallista Healing Sounds, the Plastic Bag Free Dandenong Ranges Group, Dr Toby Mendelson's Philosophy Reading Group and the Community Weed Alliance of the Dandenongs. We also host the Kallista Market on the first Saturday of each month from February to December.
Our classes and workshops are informal. You won't take home a formal qualification but you will enjoy a friendly relaxed atmosphere, a small class (in a place with soul) and you'll take home a set of skills and knowledge or even something wonderful you've created.
